Both of us, C. Dwaine Evans and Douglas R. Beier, are attorneys who have practiced law for more than 25 years. We are the veterans of extensive civil trial work, with a proven record of successful outcomes for our clients in court.

Mr. Evans has practiced law in Tennessee since 1976 and serves clients in civil litigation and business law. He is a member of the Hamblen County and state bar associations, as well as the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Beier has practiced law in Tennessee since 1977 and provides civil litigation and criminal defense representation. He is member of the county and state bar associations, and is a former juvenile court judge.
Both of our attorneys are active in the Hamblen County communities they serve, including the Morristown Chamber of Commerce, Girls Incorporated and Habitat for Humanity.
